Many people struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviours (see Warning Signs). This doesn’t mean you are crazy. It means that your feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and pain have overtaken your feelings of hope. Having suicidal thoughts does not mean you have to act on them. Please read ‘Coping With Suicidal Thoughts’ for more ways to deal with your thoughts and feelings.
Suicide is not the answer. There are ways to find your hope again and keep it alive. We can help.
